1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "su77" or "the Platform" refers to the website operated at su77.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, account tools and support functions made available to registered users.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on su77 or who accesses any part of the platform, whether or not a registered account holder.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created at registration, holding the player's BDT balance, transaction history, bonus records and personal information.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all su77 account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts or other incentive balances credited to a player account under a su77 promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player or won from real-money wagers, net of any pending wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be wagered before it is eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing su77, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the su77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published at the time of a promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a bonus-specific set of terms, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only; in all other respects, these Terms & Conditions govern.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

3.3 Single Account

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one su77 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, shared device addresses, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering a su77 account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and, where applicable, your payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

su77 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its account management obligations. You may be required to submit supporting identity documents — such as a national identity card (NID), passport or driving licence — before a withdrawal is processed or at any other point at su77's discretion. Documents must be valid, legible and match the information provided at registration. su77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4.3 Account Ownership

su77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise deal in your account with any third party. Any wager or transaction placed on your account is considered to have been placed by you personally.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your su77 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances. su77 will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, telephone or social media.

You must notify su77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any transaction on your account was not initiated by you. Failure to notify su77 promptly of a suspected breach limits su77's ability to assist you and may affect the outcome of any associated investigation.

su77 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials, shared your credentials with a third party, or failed to notify su77 promptly upon becoming aware of unauthorised access.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Methods

su77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). su77 does not apply a deposit fee; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges for which su77 bears no responsibility.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to your su77 BDT balance within 90 seconds under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. su77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network disruptions or bank processing times.

6.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legitimately yours and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent or money-laundering activity. su77 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposit and to suspend accounts or escalate matters to relevant authorities where there is reasonable grounds to suspect illegitimate fund sourcing.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), your real money balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must have been fulfilled in full.

7.2 Processing Times

su77 targets withdrawal processing within one to four hours of a request being submitted during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). In practice, the majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are completed within this window. Withdrawals to card accounts may take up to three business days depending on the card issuer. su77 will notify you if a withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, or such other method as su77 may permit at its discretion. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. If your original deposit method is no longer active, you must contact su77 support before submitting a withdrawal request.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. su77 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification for withdrawal requests that materially exceed standard limits, at its sole discretion. Current limit information is available in your account settings at all times.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by su77 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry dates. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of the agreement between su77 and the player when the bonus is claimed.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

New players on su77 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements as stated on the promotion page. The welcome bonus is available to one account per person, per household, per device and per payment method. Players who create multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

8.3 Bonus Restrictions

While bonus funds are active in your account, maximum stake limits per round or bet apply as stated in the relevant bonus terms. Placing bets above the maximum stake limit while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from wagers placed above the limit. Bonus funds cannot be used to satisfy withdrawal minimums and will not be paid out as cash unless the associated wagering requirement has been fully met.

8.4 su77 Discretion

su77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. 9 Game Rules & Fair Play

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access games or exploit platform functions in a manner not available to the general player population.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game or sports betting market for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error or platform vulnerability for financial gain. Players who identify a vulnerability are required to report it to su77 support immediately and must not exploit it.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or manipulation of any sporting event on which su77 offers betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing su77 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

su77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its player community. Every su77 account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated or adjusted directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gambling session. You will receive a notification when approaching your limit and will be automatically logged out when it is reached.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the su77 platform — including but not limited to the su77 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the exclusive property of su77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the su77 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the su77 platform without express written permission from su77.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, su77's total liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the su77 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

su77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however arising. su77 is not liable for losses arising from third-party payment processing delays, network disruptions, device failures, or events outside su77's reasonable control.

The su77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. su77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times, though su77 takes all reasonable technical and operational steps to ensure continuous, secure service delivery.

14 Amendments to These Terms

su77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, su77 will provide registered players with at least seven days' advance notice via the email address on their account before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the su77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the su77 platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendment takes effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, that cannot be resolved through su77's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.
